RFQ: Food Waste Solution Providers
The deadline for the initial review process has passed, but applications will continue to be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until the Agency has established a qualified list of service providers. The list serves as a resource for applicants to StopWaste’s Food Waste Prevention & Recovery Grants looking to partner with qualified providers who offer solutions and services that can prevent surplus food from being generated or going to waste.

StopWaste is seeking responses from businesses, nonprofits and individuals that can deliver solutions that reduce or reroute surplus food from food-related establishments in Alameda County such as grocery stores, restaurants, wholesale food vendors and manufacturers, institutions, health care facilities, hotels, etc.
Entities offering services appropriate for the activities and scenarios listed below are encouraged to submit qualifications documenting their expertise and experience in one or more focus areas outlined in the RFQ:
