Sample 'Notice of Violation' Letters

A 'Notice of Violation' is a warning before a citation and fine are issued. You must take action before the due date to avoid a citation and fine. There are three versions of a 'Notice of Violation' you may receive – two from StopWaste, and one from the Alameda County Environmental Health Department.
